Eligibility:

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Must be an active member in good standing of The National Hardwood Lumber Association (NHLA) to participate.

Promotion Period:

Begins at 12 a.m. CT on January 26 and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on March 31. All entries must be received by [time/date].

How to Enter:

During the Promotion Period, submit a valid FedEx Advantage application through the NHLA enrollment link. Each valid member application equals one entry into the sweepstakes.

Prizes:

Prize is a PGA TOUR Playoffs for the FedExCup package. The package includes two VIP Hospitality Passes for Saturday, August 29th, 2026 and a valet parking pass. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash equivalent will be offered. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner Selection and Notification:

Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about April 17, 2026 from all eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified by email or phone within 15 days of the drawing. Winners may be required to complete and return an eligibility affidavit and liability/publicity release within 10 days of notification or prize may be forfeited.

General Conditions 

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. NHLA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion if it becomes corrupted or is not capable of running as planned due to causes beyond its control. NHLA is not responsible for technical failures, unauthorized human intervention, or other errors that may affect the administration of the sweepstakes. Employees and immediate family members of NHLA or FedEx are not eligible to participate. 

Release, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnification

By participating in the Sweepstakes and/or accepting, possessing, attending, or using the prize, entrants and the winner voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in the Sweepstakes and any prize-related activities, including attendance at the event. Entrants and the winner agree to release, waive, discharge, indemnify, defend and hold harmless the National Hardwood Lumber Association (“NHLA”), Federal Express Corporation (“FedEx”), the PGA TOUR, PGA TOUR Inc., and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, partners, representatives, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, partners, members, principals, employees, agents, contractors or suppliers (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, liabilities, injuries, losses, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind, whether known or unknown, arising out of or related to participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize, attendance at the event, or any prize-related activity, including but not limited to claims based on publicity rights, copyright, trademark, defamation or invasion of privacy, personal injury, death, or property damage, except to the extent caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of a Released Party. The Released Parties are not responsible for event cancellations, postponements, changes, or any costs incurred by the winner related to travel, lodging, or attendance.

Limitation of Liability In no event shall the Released Parties be responsible or liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Sweepstakes or the prize, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
