Required Skills & Experience Significant experience in the sawmill/lumber/furniture industry is preferred, but lack of experience can be overcome if the candidate has an intense desire to learn and a good work ethic. Being mechanically inclined, able to make basic repairs on machinery, and oversee the PM of the machinery are required skills.
