DO I NEED A ZOOM ACCOUNT TO PARTICIPATE IN NHLA ON DEMAND?
You do not need a Zoom account to attend a Zoom meeting, but you may if you wish (it is free).
HOW DO I JOIN A ZOOM MEETING?
You will be prompted to download the software once you have clicked on the link provided. The link will be sent to you in early September. We would suggest downloading the Zoom app in advance of the meeting day.

DO I HAVE TO JOIN VIA COMPUTER?
No, you can participate in a Zoom meeting from a smartphone by downloading the Zoom app or by dialing in using the phone numbers listed in the invitation.
DO I NEED A WEBINAR JAM ACCOUNT TO ATTEND EDUCATIONAL SESSIONS?
No, you don’t need an account. Just sign-up for the webinar and the URL (weblink) will take you directly to the session. No software required. The web link will be sent to you in early September.
