How to Pick Your Booth

Step 1

  • Login to your NHLA.com account by clicking here. If you don’t have an account, you can create one on the login page.

Step 2

  • Choose Exhibits at the top of your screen

  • Click Exhibit Management 

  • Click VIEW MAP to see available booths

  • Once you decide on a booth(s), close the booth map and click Exhibits at the top of your screen.

  • Click on the button Purchase Booth.

  • Choose Premium or Standard Booth and the quantity desired.

  • Click Continue.

  • Enter your credit card information and click purchase.

  • Click the Exhibitor Management tab and assign the booth number you have chosen from the drop-down menu.

  • Assign the Booth and Save.

  • View the Map again and see your Name on the Booth.

Step 3

  • To assign Booth Personnel, simply click Exhibitor Management.

  • Under Booth Personnel Assignment, Click Assign and choose your booth personnel.
