2010 Leadership, Management & Development Program
Leadership can be defined as a process by which a person influences others to accomplish an objective and directs the organization in a way that makes it more cohesive and coherent. The goal of the NHLA Leadership, Management and Development Program is to prepare the young managers of the hardwood industry today to meet the business challenges of tomorrow. To accomplish this goal, the program will identify and build upon participants’ existing leadership skills and provide insight into new ways of leading.
Session 1: April 11–14 in Memphis, TN | Session 2: May 10–13 in Washington D.C.
Offered every three years, this program will teach new business skills, launch fresh ideas and return participants to their companies with a greater capacity to address new challenges.
Make sure your company and your employees are ready to succeed tomorrow by investing in leadership development today.
